kam i have to ask is there a way to infect damage without using a weapon like if u miss your chances to get one or u have two items (imagine if so it will play in to the open game rule) and how will the base damage figure.

So basically you can use everything in your environment as weapons. Poisonous mushrooms can be used in a jungle environment. Heck you can throw scorpions at your opponent if it's a desert environment. Am I right Kam?

Yes, But it is only if those things Exist in the Square you are in.
Certain Equipment can change the terrain itself such as a Shovel being able to dig a trap hole. Rope can help you support your self in trees so you can set up an ambush.
The game isn't only about luck but using your mind in survival and battle. I'm not sure if I will add it in the first game, but I did think of "Player Fatigue" and if it reaches 0 the player dies. Getting Injured, Not eating and certain events will increase the amount a player gets fatigued. Eating, Sleeping and Resting will increase your fatigue... But that is to come later on since I might be too complicated without knowing the basics.
I'll be honest, But I think being a GM of this game will be much harder than TWG since there are so many things to track. Hopefully I can keep up to date with every phase.

Fatigue sounds really interesting =3.
I wouldn't mind helping you GM the game... but since I'm a tribute... Don't think that's going to work >.<.
As for a future idea. Maybe make a list of stats you could train. For example if you train archery you got a better chance of hitting or dealing extra damage.

You need the right equipment or item to make a trap. This means using an item which means 1 phase.

Meh, But you guys get the point ^__^... you can use anything that you want to kill someone just as long it makes sense.
